Correction

In the report “Sindhia hits out at Kumaraswamy on Panchayati Raj Bill”, that appeared in these columns on June 6, the constituencies of some legislators were wrong. Sharanaprakash Patil represents Sedam Assembly Constituency and H.C. Mahadevappa represents T. Narsipur. D.R. Patil headed the Legislature Committee on Panchayati Raj during Chief Ministership of S.M. Krishna.
