Emap buys 40 p.c. stake in Next Gen Publishing

Emap Publishing (Netherlands) SV, a subsidiary of the U.K.-based Emap, has taken a 40.1 per cent stake in Next Gen Publishing Ltd. Next Gen was set up jointly by the Forbes group and HDFC.
