64 schools to file affidavit on Monday

BANGALORE: Sixty four primary schools will file affidavits before the Karnataka High Court on Monday undertaking to impart education to first standard students this year in the medium of instruction in which the institution had been granted recognition. These schools last week agreed before a single judge to file affidavits undertaking to impart education either in Kannada or the medium in which they had been granted education. These 64 petitions are listed for hearing on Monday before Justice B.S. Patil. — Staff Reporter
