Be punctual, doctors told

Staff Reporter

KADAPA: Fifteen doctors did not report on time when District Collector M.T. Krishna Babu inspected Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) on Saturday.

The Collector inspected the attendance register and found that 15 doctors had not turned up for duty at the scheduled time. Erring doctors would be issued charge-memos on one or two occasions and subsequently he would address the authorities concerned to initiate stern action against them, he warned.

He exhorted doctors to discharge duties diligently and serve poor patients with commitment.
