NEW DELHI: A ‘Yo Yo Masters Road Show’ for Delhi’s children and adults was organised by Cartoon Network Enterprises in the Capital on Sunday. As part of the event, yo yo champions from China and Malaysia aged between 20-26 performed feats and tricks. The masters captivated the audience by displaying over 30 yo-yo tricks using POGO Blazing yo yos that are based on ‘Blazing Teens’, a television programme on POGO, telecast from Monday to Saturday. The highlight of the scripted 30-minute programme were interactive sessions between the masters and young yo yo enthusiasts. Some of the tricks enacted by the masters included ‘Walk the Dog’ , ‘Rock the Baby’, ‘Rocket’, ‘Around the World’, ‘Eiffel Tower’, ‘Moon Sault’, ‘Home Run’ and ‘Pin Wheel’. One can catch the yo yo masters in and around Delhi till July 15 at various retail outlets such as Big Bazaar in Ghaziabad on Tuesday and at Baskin Robbins in Connaught Place on Friday. On Saturday, the yo yo masters will perform at Lifestyle Mall and the Big Bazaar at Noida. The multi-city road show will be travelling to 15 cities and will move to Chandigarh on July 16. The yo yo masters will also travel to select schools and retail outlets across Mumbai, Pune, Goa, Baroda, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Mysore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Delhi, Ludhiana, Indore and Lucknow.
