Evening OPD opened in Gulbarga hospital

GULBARGA: Agriculture Marketing Minister Sharanabasappa Darshanapur on Tuesday inaugurated the evening outpatient services in government hospitals at the Government General Hospital in Gulbarga.

Mr. Darshanapur said this facility would go long way in helping the poor get medical treatment in government hospital at an affordable cost or free of cost. The extended timing of the outpatient services had been inaugurated in 367 primary health centres, 152 community health centres, 129 taluk hospitals and 24 district hospitals in the State. He said the outpatient services would be available from 5.30 to 8 p.m. in 94 primary health centres, 20 community health centres, nine taluk hospitals and the Government General Hospital in Gulbarga.
