Zicom to transfer retail business to its arm

CHENNAI: Zicom, the electronic security solutions provider, has proposed to transfer its Consumer Service (Retail) Group business to its wholly owned subsidiary, Xizom Global Security Private Ltd., whose name will be suitably changed to reflect the business of home, shop security and automation of the company, says a release.
