Kullu (Himachal Pradesh): Over 100 tourists, including 40 students, who were stranded at Manali-Kaza road due to snowfall and landslide since Sunday, resumed their journey following clearance of roads, sources said on Tuesday. About two feet snow had accumulated on road in the Kaza area in Lahual district due to which tourist buses and that of a Delhi school got stranded since Sunday evening, they said. Landslides
Snowfall followed by rain on Sunday evening caused landslides at various places in the Manali-Kaza route as a result of which tourists and students got stranded. All the tourists and school children have left the place safely in their buses on Monday night, the sources added. PTI
