The most popular Paramedical courses are - Speech therapy and Audiology, Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy, Medical Lab Technology, Operation Theatre Technology, Cardiac Perfusion Technology, Dialysis / Renal Dialysis Technology, Orthotic and Prosthetic Technology, Optometry, Pharmacy, Nursing, Radiography / Radiotherapy, Hospital Administration / Management, Medical Records Administration, Dental Hygiene & Dental Mechanic, Dental Ceramic Technology apart from Health / Sanitary Inspector and many more. Eligibility: SSC/ SSLC with at least 45% marks for Diploma courses. 10+2 / HSC / PUC (with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics with at least 45% - 50% marks) - for Undergraduate courses – B.Sc courses. Note: The minimum percentage and cutoff percentage varies from college to college & state to state. Admission Process: Admission Notification is issued in Leading Newspapers between 3rd week of July and 1st week of August (in majority of states). Applications are issued and an entrance test is conducted. Based on the performance in the entrance test, seats are allotted. Some colleges may or may not conduct entrance test.
