There is a funny side to policing

BANGALORE: Director-General and Inspector General of Police K.R. Srinivasan on Tuesday released “The Funny Side of Police Life” authored by Additional Director-General of Police (Recruitment and Training) D.V. Guruprasad.

Speaking about the book, Mr. Guruprasad said it was a collection of short essays written by him and published by various newspapers over the years.

He said funny incidents brought cheer in the life of a policeman.

Mr. Srinivasan congratulated Mr. Guruprasad and hoped that he would come out with its second edition after the former’s retirement.
