Minister’s warning to land allottees

CHENNAI: The State Rural Industries Minister, Pongalur N. Palanisamy, on Tuesday warned that allocation of plots in industrial estates would be cancelled for those who hade not begun the work.

At a review meeting on Tuesday, the Minister said those who were allocated lands were concerned about booming prices of the land and were not keen to start the work. In such cases the allocation of the plots in the industrial estates would be cancelled, he warned.
