Mandela-Gandhi ODI series likely

Durban: Mahatma Gandhi’s name may soon be associated with cricket along with Nelson Mandela if a proposal by the Indian and South African Boards comes through.

Cricket South Africa Chief Executive Gerald Majola has disclosed that South Africa and India were locked in talks to hold the competition, called the Mandela-Gandhi series, according to Cricinfo. — PTI
