Employment fair for textile sector on July 28, 29

Krishnagiri: A job fair for the apparel and textile sector will be held on July 28 and 29 at Knit India Fair complex in Tirupur. The fair organised by Axon Info Soft will bridge the gap between employers and job seekers.

Skills

In a statement issued here on Wednesday Collector Santhosh Babu said that all types of lower, middle and senior management positions would be available. These jobs include both technical and non-technical skills.

Specialisation

Candidates in the age group of 18 to 40 years with specialisation in textiles could attend the fair. Interview would be conducted at the venue and appointment orders would be issued to successful candidates.

Exporters

Apparel manufacturers and exporters (knitted and woven), process houses (knitting, dyeing, embroidery, printing and compacting), home furnishing and exporters, banking and insurance, mobile and information technology, machinery and accessory distributors and retailers, buying houses and agencies, branding and distribution companies, electronics, engineering, dyes and chemicals, ISO consultants, management and textile consultancy firms testing and certifying agencies would participate.

Interested candidates can register their names on the portal www.tirupurjobs.net. The Collector has appealed to entrepreneurs to participate in the job fair and benefit.
