Warburg completes Alliance Tire buy-out

HADERA, ISRAEL: Alliance Tire Company (1992) Ltd. announced on Wednesday that it has been acquired by Warburg Pincus, the global private equity firm, and Yogesh Mahansaria, former CEO of Balkrishna Tyres. The transaction was valued at about $150 million.
