NEW DELHI: A 26-year-old man Dinesh Kumar has been arrested at Seelampur here for allegedly being in possession of 140 gm of smack.

The contraband is valued at Rs. 14 lakh in the international market.

Dinesh, a school dropout, supplies medicines in the Tilak Nagar area.
