Jammu: A student was arrested on Friday for allegedly raping a minor girl in Jammu and Kashmir’s Udhampur district, police said. Ashok Kumar, a class 10 student, was arrested at the Udhampur bus stand for allegedly raping the seven-year-old girl when she was returning home from a shop at Badol village on July 10. He dragged the girl behind the bushes and raped her and fled the scene leaving her in a subconscious condition, police said.
