ADILABAD: As expected elections to the three gram panchayats and a few wards in different mandals of Adilabad district could not take place on Friday as no nominations were received. However, polls to the remaining three gram panchayats and some more wards registered an average voter turn out of 79 p.c. –Staff Reporter
