CHANDIGARH: Union Urban Development Minister Jaipal Reddy has assured the Member of Parliament from Rohtak, Deepender Singh Hooda, that development projects concerning Haryana would be sanctioned on a priority basis. According to an official spokesman here, Mr. Hooda had called on the Union Minister in Delhi on Friday and urged him to sanction development projects worth Rs. 529 crore at the earliest. Some of these projects including construction of a by-pass at Kharkhoda, widening and strengthening of the road from National Highway 71 to National Highway 10 via Singhpura Kalan to Singhpura Khurd, Bahu Jamalpur in Rohtak district, improvement of National Highway 10 passing through Rohtak town, rail over-bridges on Daulatabad Road and Farukhnagar road in Gurgaon and ROB on Haily Mandi-Kulana Road, Murthal-Sonepat Road, Sonepat-Kharkhoda-Sampla Road, Rohtak-Kharkhoda-Delhi border, Jhajjar to Farukhnagar and Gurgaon.
