Watchman found dead

CHENNAI: The watchman of a temple at Gnayiru village under the Sholavaram police station limits in Tiruvallur district was found dead in a pool of blood on Friday.

Palayam alias Thenali (55) was working as the night watchman of the Sri Pushparadeeswarar Temple in Ponneri taluk. His body, according to the police, bore stab injuries. The hundi was found broken.
