Coach seeks bail

BANGALORE: A volleyball coach of the Police Department on Friday moved the Karnataka High Court for anticipatory bail. In his petition, coach K.J. Kumaraswamy said he was recruited in the cadre of sub-inspector as volleyball coach in the State police. The prosecution said Secretary of the State Police Sub-inspector Recruitment Committee, P.S. Sandhu, had found that Mr. Kumaraswamy tampered with the caste certificate. — Staff Reporter
