Gastroenteritis claims 4 lives

MAHABUBNAGAR: Gastroenteritis has claimed four lines. According to information reaching to district headquarters three persons Govula Kishtaiah(60) Erikala Alivela(30) of Etham village of Koderu mandal and Anitha(11) of Koederu mandal headquarters and Kothamma(70) of Ambagiri village in Balmur mandal died on Friday night.
Minister for Medical and Family Welfare and district in-charge Minister Sambhani Chandrashekar visited various affected villages in the district on Saturday. He urged the people to maintain cleanliness and directed the RWS engineers to conduct water testing besides arrest of water contamination and leakage’s of drinking water pipe lines.
