Releasing a DVD on the life of Kamaraj for the benefit of students on the leader’s 105th birth anniversary celebration here on Sunday, the Chief Minister said that the foundation stone of the “mani mandapam” would be laid soon. Mr. Rangasamy said that a pillar in memory of Kamaraj put up at the entry point in Madagadipet would be opened soon as well. The Government was measuring up to schemes mulled by Kamaraj for educational development and welfare of the poor, he said. The Chief Minister said that the DVD would help the younger generation and students to get a detailed information about the life of Kamaraj.
