HYDERABAD: Tetrasoft Inc., a US-based software engineering products company, will invest US $ 10 million in its Hyderabad branch to ramp up its headcount to 2,000 from the present 200. Addressing a press conference here on Monday, president and CEO of the company Rama S. Eyunni said that the company had decided to discharge its social responsibility by giving preference to a large number of physically-challenged and economically-backward young professionals in the recruitment. Tetrasoft had adopted services oriented architecture (SOA) to build frameworks in healthcare, banking, e-Governance, logistics, transportation and e-procurement verticals. The company was in the final stages of completing healthcare products, electronic medical records with voice/writing interface, core banking, internet banking, delivery channel management for banks, data transformation and transport services middleware product, full face recognition and other bio-metric identification products, etc. Browser-based project
All these products were browser-based on the SOA frame. The company had senior management and technical support executives based in St. Louis in the US. The company also had branch in Malaysia and back-up office in Costa Rica. The company partnered with IBM for advanced business products. Popular clients for the company included Anthem, Well Point, Blue Cross Blue Shield, AG Edwards, United Van Lines, etc., said Mr. Eyunni.
