Woman ends life
A police constable’s wife died by hanging at her house in North Lalaguda on Sunday. The police said V. Laxmi, wife of Srinivas Rao, killed herself due to family problems. Srinivas is working in Sanjeeva Reddy Nagar police station.
Elderly woman killed
An elderly woman was killed after she was run over by an MMTS train near her residence at Hafeezpet on Monday. The Nampally railway police said K. Durgamma (70) was crossing the tracks when the incident occurred.
Student commits suicide
A hotel management student committed suicide by hanging himself at his house at Lalithanagar in Nallakunta on Sunday. Twenty-seven-year-old Jagan, a native of Nirmal in Adilabad district, ended his life as he was suffering from severe depression, said the police.
