PATHANAMTHIITA: District Collector Ashok Kumar Singh has declared holiday for all educational institutions, except professional colleges, in Pathanamthitta district on Wednesday in view of the grim flood situation and torrential rains in the district, according to an official release issued here on Tuesday. — Staff Reporter
