Block units of Youth Congress

Puducherry: National Committee general secretary of the Youth Congress Chanden Kumar told newsmen here on Tuesday that booth-level committees and block units of the party would be put in place by July 25. Mr. Chandensaid that he had held discussions with president of the Youth Congress here K Pandian.

A national convention of presidents of booth committees would be held in New Delhi on October 31.
