Roja alleges harassment of TDP cadres

Chittoor: Law and Technical Education Minister R. Chenga Reddy and his followers are committing atrocities on TDP workers in Nagari constituency, alleged TDP State organising secretary Roja at a press conference held here on Monday.
Complaints made by the TDP workers are not registered by the police. On the other hand, the police are foisting false cases on TDP cadres, she alleged.
The sub inspector and circle inspector have become stooges to the Minister and are acting according to his directions, she alleged.
Gunmen provided to ex-MLA and ZP Chairperson G.V. Srinadha Reddy are withdrawn though they reside in the Naxalite-dominated areas.
Gunmen provided to Amaranadha Reddy, MLA, too are reduced, she alleged.
She said she has submitted a memorandum to Superintendent of Police Sasidhar Reddy and Joint In-charge Collector in this regard.
Further, she said that she has complained to the SP about the inaction of the SI and CI towards the complaints of the TDP activists.
