HDFC launches Asset Plus scheme

MUMBAI: HDFC on Tuesday launched Asset Plus, a loan against property for resident Indians to meet unforeseen financial requirements. With this product, property owners would have an option to free the wealth locked up in the form of their property and leverage its present market value by taking a loan to meet their needs.
