Net Avenue buys HomeIndia.com

CHENNAI: Net Avenue Technologies Pvt. Ltd., the flagship company of Chennaibazaar.com and Cbazaar.com, an online store for clothes and gifts, has acquired the Mumbai-based online fashion retail store, HomeIndia.com.

Addressing a press conference here on Tuesday, Ritech Katariya, Chief Executive Officer, said Net Avenue was self-funded company and had diluted 15 per cent of its equity for acquiring HomeIndia.com.

Rajesh Nahar, Vice-President, said the company would be setting up a fashion factory.
