Central team visits hospitals

Thiruvananthapuram: A total of 2,961 cases of viral fever, including 26 suspected chikungunya cases, were reported from the district on Tuesday. A team of experts from various Central agencies visited Nedumangad taluk hospital. Blood samples were collected by the team for further investigation. The team also visited Peroorkada Government Hospital. It is learnt to have said that not enough blood samples were being sent for detailed investigation from the hospital.
