Monica escorted to Hyderabad

Bhopal: Underworld don Abu Salem’s companion Monica Bedi, who was acquitted in a fake passport case here, was escorted to Hyderabad by train on Wednesday, official sources said.

Monica was escorted to Hyderabad in A P Express train in wee hours, they said.

The former Bollywood actress, who along with Salem, his wife Sameera Jumani and two others was charged with procuring passports on basis of forged documents, was acquitted by local court on July 16.

She was convicted in a similar case by Hyderabad court and was escorted to Bhopal for the trial here in October 12, 2006.
