Mobile seized from prisoner

BERHAMPUR: A mobile phone was seized by the personnel of the Berhampur circle jail from the cell of Dilip Nayak, a prisoner serving life imprisonment. But the cell phone did not have any sim card in it. Despite searches, the jail officials have not been able to locate the sim card.
