KURNOOL: Kotla Syamala Devi, 80, wife of former Chief Minister Kotla Vijayabhaskar Reddy and mother of MP Kotla Jayasuryaprakasa Reddy died after prolonged illness at Hyderabad on Wednesday. She is survived by two sons and three daughters. Born in an aristocratic family at Gadwal in Mahabubnagar district in 1926, she married Vijayabhaskar Reddy in 1950. Many condoled the death of Ms. Syamalamma, who is described as untiring host.
