Dehra Dun: B. C. Khanduri will be the only Chief Minister who will vote as an MP in Thursday’s Presidential election. Mr.Khanduri, who became Uttarakhand Chief Minister on March 8, is yet to resign from his Pauri Lok Sabha seat. Analysts say by not resigning from Pauri Lok Sabha seat, Khanduri has saved 708 votes for NDA-backed nominee Bhairon Singh Shekhawat. PTI
