KOLAR: Akhthaer Sayeeda Khanum, principal of Anjuman college here, has expressed concern over rise in atrocities against women and children and stressed the need for a mechanism to prevent it.

She was speaking at a human rights awareness training programme for teachers organised here on Wednesday by the South Indian Cell for Human Rights Education and Monitoring.
