Thrilling win for Adarsha XI

BANGALORE: Adarsha XI snatched an exciting two-run win over Challengers ‘B’ in the Giants Shriram Cup cricket tournament here. Batting first, Adarsha XI made 190 for five in 30 overs with Firoz making an unbeaten 57.

In reply, Challengers was bowled out for 188

The scores:

Adarsha XI 190 for five in 30 overs (Firoz 57 not out, Manish 40) bt Challengers ‘B’ 188 in 28.4 overs (Somashekar four for 21).

Sporting Elements 242 for seven in 28 overs (David Johnson 42, Manoj Sai 64, Krishna Chandra 48) bt Golden Boys 143 in 27.1 overs.
