Mayor a big failure: UDF

KOCHI: The CPI (M) leadership came in support of the Kochi Mayor for saving its face from the embarrassment created by the Government’s act of sharing of powers of the Kochi Corporation with the district administration, A.B. Sabu, UDF parliamentary party leader of the corporation council, has said.

Mr. Sabu dismissed the statement of Deputy Mayor C.K. Manisankar that he would not permit anyone to isolate the Mayor as a joke.
