Free yoga camp

NEW DELHI: A free yoga and meditation camp was organised by Ananda Marga Pracharak Samgha here earlier this week.

The programme started with a lecture on “yoga psychology” by Acharya Tanmayananda, who spoke about the three main branches of “yoga psychology” – general psychology, bio-psychology, and apexed or pinnacle psychology. He also explained the significance of the various asanas.
