Cyber café owner arrested

NEW DELHI: A 21-year-old cyber café owner has been arrested at Sangam Vihar here on charges of forging voter-identity cards, driving licences and PAN cards.

Narender purportedly disclosed that he had been indulging in forgery for the past six months. He charged Rs. 500 for each document.

Acting on a tip-off that he had been supplying forged documents, the police sent a decoy customer and arrested him soon after a deal was struck.
