Three murder cases reported

NEW DELHI: Three persons, including a young woman, were murdered in different parts of the Capital during the past 24 hours.
Shabana (35), a mother of two children, was found murdered at her Khajoori Khas residence around 1-30 a.m. on Wednesday. The woman’s husband claimed that he had gone to meet his first wife when the incident took place. Though the house had been ransacked, the police suspect that it was done to mislead them.
In another case, 33-year-old Inderpal was found murdered in Yamuna Pushta here on Tuesday night. Inderpal worked as a contractor with an export firm.
In another case reported late on Tuesday night, Ranbir Singh was shot dead by two men in his car at Kanjhawla here. His friend Anil was with him at the time. At Anil’s instance, the police have identified the suspects and are tracing them. They suspect a monetary dispute to be the reason behind the murder.
