Government flayed

KOCHI: The Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee minority cell has criticised the Government for failing to avail itself of the Central Government aid under the Area Intensive Programme for opening schools for the backward Muslim community. The money got lapsed because of bureaucratic apathy. Cell chairman K.K. Kochumohammed, vice-chairmen Joseph Antony and V.K. Salim spoke.
