GUNTUR: Communist Party of India State Secretary K. Narayana has urged the State Government to set up a statutory special land commission to look into land distribution issues as, according to him, the Revenue Department and the CCLA are unable to deal it effectively. Seeking a discussion on the land struggle in the Assembly, he said that on July 22 the party would organise a dharna in front of Indira Park, demanding the Government’s stand on the issue.
