Hindalco acquires Alcan’s 45 p.c. stake in Utkal Alumina

Hindalco on Wednesday acquired 45 per cent stake in Utkal Alumina International from Canadian mining giant Alcan for an undisclosed sum, taking its holding in the Orissa-based firm to 100 per cent.
