Avesthagen buys Renaissance Herbs

BANGALORE: Avesthagen Gengaraine Technologies Pvt. Ltd., has acquired the U.S. dietary supplements company, Renaissance Herbs Inc. (RHI). The amount involved in the 100 per cent buyout was not disclosed with the transaction expected to be completed by July-end, a release said. RHI has a processing facility near Bangalore
