IDBI reports Rs. 153 cr. net profit

MUMBAI: The Industrial Development Bank of India Ltd. (IDBI) reported a net profit of Rs. 153 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2007, as against Rs. 151 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. “The bank continued to maintain a high overhead efficiency ratio of 195 per cent in the quarter,” the bank stated in a press release on Wednesday.
