Corporation’s guide to safe eating

The Municipal Corporation’s drive against sale of stale food and putrefied meat seems to have gone down well with the public. Recently, Corporation Health Inspectors seized 150 kg of beef from the Peroorkada market. Scientific examination later confirmed that the meat had putrefied. Several hotels in the city used to procure meat regularly from the vendor who was booked in connection with the seizure.
