Puducherry: Local Administration Minister Malladi Krishna Rao declared open a housing colony for narikuravas at Lawspet near here on Thursday. The colony has, in the first phase, 17 houses constructed at a cost of Rs 1.3 lakh each. The cost had been shared by the Government and the International Network for Development and Peace (INDP), a voluntary organisation based at Paris.
