Sheila visits Urs camp

Staff Reporter

NEW DELHI: Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit visited the annual Urs camp set up at Burari grounds here for pilgrims visiting the Dargah of Hazrat Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti in Ajmer and reviewed the facilities provided there. The three-week camp offers a number of amenities to pilgrims visiting Ajmer. Ms. Dikshit said the camp had been set up at Burari as the space available at the Red Fort grounds, where it used to be held earlier, was insufficient. The Chief Minister said the eminent Sufi saint stood for peace and harmony.
