Was it a second floor or mezzanine floor?

Bangalore: Did Sonia Singh fall from the second floor or the mezzanine floor as the headmistress of the Vasavi Vidya Shala would have us believe. Forgetting the technicalities for a moment, the child’s kindergarten class was in the first floor and she had climbed onto the floor just above, from where she had the fatal fall.

The school headmistress told this newspaper that the floor which people believe to be the first floor is actually the mezzanine floor.

According to one parent at the Wilson Garden graveyard, when Sonia was being buried, this is apparently a method employed to add floors.
