DHARWAD: The State Government has released Rs. 10 lakh for improving the water supply system, drainage and other facilities at Tadasinakoppa village near Dharwad where two persons died of gastroenteritis recently. District in-charge Minister Jagadish Shettar, who visited the village on Saturday, said that he had directed the officials to start work immediately. The Minister met the people of the village affected by gastroenteritis and inquired about their health. He also visited the houses of two victims. Mr. Shettar inspected the drinking water supply facility and maintenance of the drainage in the village. – Staff Correspondent
